18. The Most Orgasms
Doctors from the Center for Marital and Sexual Studies in California once observed 134 orgasms from a single woman in one hour — the most ever documented. By contrast, the record for men stands at only 16 orgasms in the same length of time.
A woman by the name of Lorna Harrison suffers from a medical disorder that puts her in a state of constant arousal that can only be released by having an orgasm. During an episode, the condition causes the woman’s genitals to enlarge and throb painfully as they become sexually aroused for no reason. The rare condition is called Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder (PGAD) and causes orgasmic episodes while shopping in the supermarket, at restaurants, as Lorna is cleaning the house and while driving. She can have up to 11 orgasms a day, every day, with no external help! In November last year, Lorna suffered her longest orgasm yet, which lasted for 24 hours.
“It sounds like it would be a good condition to have but it’s actually very uncomfortable,” Lorna said. “It can happen anywhere at any time and I have to hold my breath and even walk cross-legged.”
Although there is no cure for the disorder, Lorna now takes gabapentin, a medication which is usually used to treat restless leg syndrome, partial seizures and hot flashes, to reduce the length of her episodes.
Another victim of persistent genital arousal syndrome is Sarah Carmen, who experiences up to 200 orgasms per day. And just to think that some women will never experience an orgasm during their whole life! You might consider Sarah to be very lucky, however, in reality she isn’t. Sarah needs to either have sex or masturbate frequently, because her arousal condition does not allow her to have a normal life. All she ever wants is to relax without having random orgasms.
About her condition she said, “Often, I’ll want to wear myself out by having as many orgasms as I can so they stop and I can get some peace. Sometimes I have so much sex to try to calm myself down I get bored of it. And the men I sleep with don’t seem to make as much effort because I climax so easily.”

19. The World’s most crowded orgy: 500 people!

25. The Longest Human Penis
There’s a bit of a dispute about who the true holder of this coveted record is. Since 1999, the American actor and TV presenter Jonah Falcon was considered to have the world’s largest penis, clocking in at 13.5 inches (34 cm) when erect. The record holder complained of severe dizziness during an erection: too much blood rushed sharply to his huge organ.
However, in recent years, a certain Roberto Esquivel Cabrera from Mexico has come forth, claiming to be the proud owner of a 19-incher (48 cm).
